You’ll support weekly launches, homepage and navigation updates, and high-volume site changes, while partnering closely with Merch, Planning, Creative, and Product. • Support daily and weekly site merchandising updates across homepage, navigation, and category pages
  • Provide occasional early-morning or late-night support during major launches, site updates, or time-sensitive business needs
  • Assist with product setup and readiness, including SKU and inventory validation, tagging, metafields, and on-site placement
  • Help manage site updates tied to launches, promotions, and seasonal moments
  • QA site content to ensure accuracy across product info, pricing, imagery, and messaging
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to keep timelines on track and flag issues early
  • Maintain internal trackers and documentation to support site operations workflows
  • Monitor site performance at a basic level and help identify issues or opportunities
  • Support testing and learning initiatives related to merchandising and site experience

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital merchandising, site operations, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort managing multiple workstreams at once
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear communicator who’s comfortable partnering across teams
  • Interest in how customers shop online and what makes a great digital experience
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, CMS tools, or analytics tools is a plus, but not required
