We are looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented apprentice to join our Accounts Payable team as an Apprentice. Contract of mandate, minimum 20hrs/week, 3 months fixed-term (with a possibility of extension).
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the AP team in daily activities related to accounts payable processes.
- Assisting with verifying, scanning, and posting purchase invoices.
- Collaborating with other departments to clarify discrepancies or missing information.
- Preparing basic reports and summaries for team needs.
- Supporting account reconciliation activities.
- Ensuring proper and timely circulation of financial documents.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Final‑year student in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills with careful attention to detail.
- Fluent English and Polish at least on B2 level (knowledge of French or German is an advantage).
- Ability to visit the office in Swarzędz once a week.
