Provide end-to-end administrative and coordination support for Talent Acquisition and onboarding activities, enabling onshore recruiters to focus on strategy, intake alignment, and hiring leader partnership.
Provide consistent, SLA-driven administrative support for HR operations, training, and compliance processes, ensuring accuracy, documentation discipline, and operational continuity.

Key Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities
• Resume screening against predefined criteria
• LinkedIn sourcing and proactive pipeline development
• ATS (ExponentHR) data entry, tagging, and candidate dispositioning
• Job posting creation and maintenance
• Interview scheduling and coordination
• Candidate follow-ups and status updates
• Reference, drug test, and background check coordination
• Talent acquisition reporting and pipeline metrics
• New hire paperwork and onboarding coordination
• Initiate and launch onboarding packets
• Adobe document review, signing, upload, and archiving in ExponentHR
• Maintain DNR (Do Not Rehire) records in ExponentHR
• Seasonal and market-specific candidate sourcing support
• Manage Tour Manager & Driver distribution inbox communications
• Track and report onboarding and offboarding KPIs
• ExponentHR system administration (uploads, enrollments, tracking)

• LMS administration (Brainer)and training completion tracking
• Training logistics, calendar coordination, and reminders
• Formatting and maintaining training materials and job aids
• Compiling training feedback and reports
• Talent and HR dashboard maintenance

• Meeting notes and action item tracking
• Wage garnishments and child support order processing
• Unemployment claims coordination
• Compliance-related documentation support
• Confluence page management

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
experience in HR support, talent acquisition, or HR operations
Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processe
Experience supporting HR administration, documentation, and compliance workflows
Familiarity with U.S. HR practices, hiring processes, and documentation standards
Ability to handle high-volume administrative tasks with accuracy and speed
Strong data-entry accuracy, tagging, and documentation discipline
