Data Scientist – Bilingual

We are looking for a Data Scientist with advanced English proficiency to join a Loyalty Project focused on enhancing customer engagement and long-term retention. This role will play a key part in personalizing the customer experience through data-driven products and machine learning models at scale.

This opportunity is 100% remote.

● Explore, build and run end-to-end machine learning models (supervised and unsupervised) to personalize the LATAM Pass experience. 
● Design and execute experimentation frameworks, including A/B tests, to validate impact and drive data-informed decisions. 
● Develop scalable data products and continuously measure their business impact. 
● Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to translate complex business problems into robust technical solutions. 
● Communicate insights and technical trade-offs clearly to influence decision-making. 
● Ensure production-grade quality, monitoring, and continuous improvement of deployed models.

● Significant hands-on experience delivering machine learning solutions in production
environments.
● Strong expertise in supervised and unsupervised learning, model evaluation, and
experimentation methodologies (e.g., A/B testing).
● Proven experience working in multidisciplinary digital product teams.
● Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts and influence stakeholders.
● Proficiency in Python and SQL, and experience working in cloud-based data
environments.
● Demonstrated, disruptive use of AI-native tools (e.g., generative AI assistants, copilots)
to accelerate personal productivity and development cycles.
