Job Overview
- Experience with Government contracts or large-scale operational support environments.
- Familiarity with inventory management of Government Furnished Property (GFP).
- Prior background in quality control, facility oversight, or logistical coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Perform file operations including storage, maintenance, interfiling, consolidations, audits, and searches.
- Fulfill requests for files promptly and accurately.
- File naturalization certificates and notices; assist in the closeout of citizenship ceremonies.
- Provide administrative support for forms and applications used in Government adjudication processes.
- Execute other duties as assigned to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting (up to 45 lbs. or more), bending, stooping, climbing, and reaching.
- Strong ability to understand and interpret written English proficiently.
- Organizational discipline and reliability in managing high‑volume file systems.
