Job Overview
- Experience with Government contracts or large-scale operational support environments.
- Familiarity with inventory management of Government Furnished Property (GFP).
- Prior background in quality control, facility oversight, or logistical coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Create electronic records for new files in alignment with Government regulations and deadlines.
- Respond to special inquiries, file extractions, conformance audits, and reconciliation efforts.
- Enter data into multiple Government‑managed automated systems.
- Modify, update, and correct data using supplemental documentation.
- Conduct inquiries and searches within Government systems.
- Generate ad hoc reports as required.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy under time‑sensitive conditions.
- Proficiency in English comprehension.
- Ability to adapt to routine and specialized data tasks across Government systems.
- Capability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, stooping, climbing, and reaching.
