Responsibilities:
- Assist applicants by providing requested forms and directing applicant flow.
- Answer on‑site telephones and route calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Provide support to applicants using electronic systems.
- Schedule and reschedule interviews and naturalization ceremonies.
- Perform tasks associated with conducting naturalization ceremonies, including distributing naturalization certificates and retrieving applicant documentation.
- Support processing of forms and applications used in the adjudication process.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with applicants and staff.
- Proficiency in reading and understanding English at a professional level.
- Ability to effectively support electronic systems and follow structured processes.
