Job Overview

  • Experience with Government contracts or large-scale operational support environments.
  • Familiarity with inventory management of Government Furnished Property (GFP).
  • Prior background in quality control, facility oversight, or logistical coordination.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist applicants by providing requested forms and directing applicant flow.
  • Answer on‑site telephones and route calls to the appropriate personnel.
  • Provide support to applicants using electronic systems.
  • Schedule and reschedule interviews and naturalization ceremonies.
  • Perform tasks associated with conducting naturalization ceremonies, including distributing naturalization certificates and retrieving applicant documentation.
  • Support processing of forms and applications used in the adjudication process.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with applicants and staff.
  • Proficiency in reading and understanding English at a professional level.
  • Ability to effectively support electronic systems and follow structured processes.
  • Capacity to work independently while contributing to a mission‑driven team environment.
