Job Overview
- Experience supporting Government contract operations.

Responsibilities:
- Support the Site Manager in overseeing the Records Operation and ensuring timely delivery of all contract deliverables.
- Assist in monitoring data entry, mail operations, file operations, and quality control activities to ensure compliance with Government requirements.
- Coordinate with Contract Supervisors and Quality Control personnel to support workflow planning and issue resolution.
- Provide guidance to staff in areas such as customer service, property control, facility maintenance, safety, and security.
- Assist with staff scheduling and daily production oversight.
- Help prepare production reports, customer service reports, timesheet records, training documentation, quarterly Government Furnished Property inventories, and Significant Incident Reports.
- Maintain close coordination with site leadership on operational challenges, process improvements, and resource needs.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Site Manager.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:
- Foundational leadership experience and the ability to support teams in a high‑volume operational environment.
- Understanding of quality control, data entry workflows, and administrative operations.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to read and understand English at a proficient level.
- Ability to adapt quickly, solve problems, and support multiple supervisors in a fast‑paced setting.
- Physical ability to lift 45+ lbs. and perform tasks such as bending, stooping, climbing, and reaching.
