Job Overview

  • Experience supporting Government contract operations.
  • Background in records management or large‑scale administrative support.
  • Familiarity with quality control or multi‑site coordination environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Site Manager in overseeing the Records Operation and ensuring timely delivery of all contract deliverables. 
  • Assist in monitoring data entry, mail operations, file operations, and quality control activities to ensure compliance with Government requirements. 
  • Coordinate with Contract Supervisors and Quality Control personnel to support workflow planning and issue resolution. 
  • Provide guidance to staff in areas such as customer service, property control, facility maintenance, safety, and security. 
  • Assist with staff scheduling and daily production oversight. 
  • Help prepare production reports, customer service reports, timesheet records, training documentation, quarterly Government Furnished Property inventories, and Significant Incident Reports. 
  • Maintain close coordination with site leadership on operational challenges, process improvements, and resource needs. 
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Site Manager. 

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:

  • Foundational leadership experience and the ability to support teams in a high‑volume operational environment.
  • Understanding of quality control, data entry workflows, and administrative operations. 
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to read and understand English at a proficient level.
  • Ability to adapt quickly, solve problems, and support multiple supervisors in a fast‑paced setting.
  • Physical ability to lift 45+ lbs. and perform tasks such as bending, stooping, climbing, and reaching.
