WeCare Centers at Mt. Lebanon Care Center is actively seeking a motivated Registered Nurse Supervisor for our community in Mt. Lebanon, PA.  Our RN Supervisor is a dynamic individual who can lead a team in the care that helps enhance the lives of our residence.

                                         

·      Assume responsibility to ensure the provision of nursing care to the facilities residents.

·      Ensure adherence to DOH regulations and guidelines.

·      Provides direct resident care as needed.

·      Direct and supervise the day-to-day function of the nursing staff.

·      Manage the flow of care.

·      Attend nursing leadership meetings.

·      All other duties as assigned.

·      Graduate of approved Registered Nurse (RN) Program.

·      1-2 years experience as a Registered Nurse in acute care/long term care setting is preferred.

·      1-2 years supervisory experience preferred.

·      Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of PA

·      Ability to work with a team.

·      Ability to adjust to changing conditions and situations.
