Job Overview

The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying, contacting, and qualifying potential customers.  This role focuses on top-of-funnel activities, building relationships, and scheduling meetings for Account Executives to close deals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Prospect new clients through cold calls, emails, and social outreach.
2. Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and ensure alignment with target customer profiles.
3. Schedule meetings and demos for Account Executives.
4. Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead status in CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
5. Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation campaigns.
6. Research markets and identify new business opportunities. 

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

- Bachelor´s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Two years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle high-volume outreach and meet targets.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and sales automation software.
