Job Overview

Virtual Staffing Solutions is now looking for Sales Representatives to drive business growth by identifying, engaging, and closing high-value B2B opportunities. Through proactive outbound prospecting and strategic account management, you’ll build strong client relationships while consistently achieving monthly sales targets tied to MRGMV and upfront compensation models. If you’re motivated by results and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment, this role offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on revenue and success. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound/upsell calls to small and mid-market businesses.
  • Manage existing accounts (base management) to promote upgrades, renewals, and value-added services.
  • Achieve monthly individual quotas (1,000–1,250 MRGMV / revenue targets depending on program).
  • Use CRM and sales tools accurately to update leads, follow-ups, and deal statuses.
  • Deliver high-quality conversations aligned with Spectrum business standards.
  • Navigate customer objections and close deals effectively.
  • Maintain compliance with sales policies, documentation, and quality standards.
  • Participate in daily huddles, training refreshers, and coaching sessions.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • Must have at least 1-2 years of B2B sales experience. preferably with a Telco background.
  • Strong closing, negotiation, and prospecting skills.
  • Experience working with quotas and commission-based environments.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRMs, dialers, and sales tools.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
