We’re looking for a Senior Brand Manager to not only influence the strategic vision and design of our soft drinks brand experience, but also take a hands-on role to deliver the execution as the portfolio lead. You’ll be a key contributor within a Marketing-led business, with the goal of delivering key growth strategies and initiatives for our cold drinks (Sparkling Tea) - driving long term sustainable growth, with clear line of sight to our brand purpose & vision. 

We’re looking for someone who has the passion and resilience to embrace the level of spotlight on our Cold Hub, and the influencing skills to bring stakeholders from within the UK+I and beyond on our growth journey with us. You’ll enjoy working with data, trends and insights but also embrace ambiguity, bringing a demonstrable ability to make things happen in new spaces.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead UK&I where to play needstate / occasion choices for cold: rooted in key consumer insight & sustainable commercial opportunities
  • Heavily influence the vision for our consumer daytime treat (cold) experience: Retail, OOH, E-Comm - inspiring cross-functionally / cross-market
  • Lead the development of the UK&I specific renovation funnel: Development & excellent delivery of UK&I renovation, nurture proposition
  • Portfolio ownership: continuously monitoring and reappraising cold portfolio (performance, nurturing, regulatory risk)
  • Inspire others to the ‘what could be’ and ‘how you could get there’ across the full brand experience.
  • Application of insights into winning unlocks to deliver true value creation for the consumer, customer and company
  • Excellence in consumer needs, behaviour & intuition: Bring outstanding knowledge in trends, competitor understanding & drive curiosity to keep learning & discovering

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Substantial Brand Management experience within soft drinks, ideally within challenger brands and / or the wellbeing space. 
  • Your creativity and curiosity knows no bounds – you are constantly learning, looking outside & stretching into new spaces
  • Demonstrable experience of enabling development of winning NPD / Range / activation plans
  • Understanding of Regulatory challenges & experience in finding new ways to approach things, seeing solutions rather than barriers 
  • You are a consumer ‘know it all’– always thinking about what would they want, how would they feel
  • You don’t get ‘bogged’ down in the day to day – keeping the vision and end in mind
  • You are brave, have freedom to act and are not afraid to challenge the norm
  • Highly creative in everything you do – finding new ways, full of ideas – with purpose & insight
  • Passionate, tenacious, resilient & highly accountable – you can ride the bumps and pick yourself up to keep going
  • You are commercial and aware of value creation for the company and the category / customer as well as the consumer
