Role Description: 
We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our team and support the delivery of complex data center construction projects. This position offers hands-on exposure to cutting-edge construction technologies, fast-paced project environments, and expert mentorship.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Documentation & Communication

    • Assist in preparing project scopes, RFPs, RFIs, Change Orders, and other key documents.
    • Support the upkeep and distribution of project schedules, logs, and updates.
    • Help prepare AIA payment applications and track subcontractor requisitions.
  • Construction Coordination

    • Support subcontractor bidding by assembling scopes of work and preparing bid comparisons.
    • Participate in jobsite walks to observe progress, quality, and adherence to drawings.
    • Attend weekly production and safety meetings; track actions and follow-ups.
    • Help coordinate long-lead items and monitor critical path activities.
    • Assist in obtaining permits and preparing documentation for project closeout.
  • Budget & Reporting

    • Help maintain project budgets, cost tracking tools, and financial logs.
    • Assist with reporting on cost vs. budget, schedule status, and procurement progress.
    • Track Owner Change Orders and document potential cost or schedule impacts.
    • Support the review and verification of subcontractor monthly requisitions.
    • Compile data and prepare summaries for senior leadership as requested.
  • Team Support & Development

    • Coordinate daily tasks with Senior PMs, Superintendents, and trade partners.
    • Develop foundational skills in construction sequencing and field coordination.

Preferred Qualifications/ Relevant Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, or a related field preferred.
  • 5 years of construction project management experience (internships or industrial/mission‑critical experience is a plus).
  • Foundational understanding of construction processes, building systems, and project management principles.
  • Interest in data center infrastructure (electrical systems, mechanical systems, cooling technologies).
  • Familiarity with sustainability practices and modern construction technologies.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Collaborative team player with strong follow-through.
