We are looking for an IT Tech Support professional to join our Information Services team. If you are a problem-solver who can balance "tech-savviness" with top-tier customer service, we want to hear from you!
As the IT Tech Support, you will be the backbone of our IT Support Desk, ensuring our team members have the tools and solutions they need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- System Support: Provide company-wide support for workstations, peripherals, and communication devices.
- Hands-on & Remote Troubleshooting: Install and upgrade software/hardware, implement file backups, and configure applications.
- Issue Management: Document and track problems via our ticketing system to ensure timely resolutions.
- Onboarding: Assist with employee network setup using Active Directory and manage user access rights.
- Research: Deep-dive into complex incidents that require specialized resources or extended investigation.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Excellent problem-solving ability and strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers who possess varying levels of technical skills
- Familiarity with Windows desktops, laptops, tablets, and similar computer workstations
- Able to prioritize multiple incidents and request and process in a timely manner
- Demonstrate ability to work independently and as part of the team
