We are seeking a Project Integrator who excels at turning concepts into compelling visual products and guiding customers through the full design and visualization process. This role blends creative production with hands‑on facilitation—leading virtual and in‑person design sessions, supporting event coordination, and ensuring all deliverables align with branding and market identity standards.

Key Responsibilities

In this challenging yet rewarding role, you are an integral part of what brings our Company's mission to life. You must have the following required skills, certifications and demonstrated experience in and/or with:
  • Developing, designing, producing, and delivering visual products for print, presentation, installation, and web or other digital display 
  • Facilitating virtual and in-person visualization and design concept meetings with customers.
  • Supporting event coordination.
  • Developing and maintaining their skills commensurate with industry-wide best practices.
  • Using Adobe Creative Cloud applications, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After-Effects, Media Encoder, Audition, Premiere Pro, and Acrobat Pro.
  • Working in graphic design or in a similar field.
  • Web design, web development, and/or web publishing.
  • Facilitating visualization or design concept meetings.
  • Branding and market identity.

Highly Desired Qualifications

Other skills and demonstrated experiences that are highly desired but not mandatory to perform the work, include:
  • Communicating IT initiatives to customers to raise awareness and collect feedback.
  • Instructional design, curriculum development, and learning-materials preparation.
  • On-the-job experience leading one-on-one IT training sessions and classes to groups of up to 25 students.
  • Organizational, cultural, and business-process change management.
  • Developing marketing and promotional materials for software applications and features or novel analytic methods.
