More about the role & team
The AI Transformation Lead is responsible for driving the delivery and adoption of the organization’s AI agenda, focusing on where it can make a genuine commercial and operational difference. Working closely with senior leaders across Client Experience, Sales, Finance, HR, Legal and Operations, the role is about identifying the opportunities that matter most and seeing them through from early pilots into everyday use.
This is a hands‑on role with high visibility across the business, sitting between business teams, technology and risk. Success is measured through revenue impact, efficiency improvements and lasting behaviour change, with the right governance and operating discipline in place to ensure AI can be scaled safely and responsibly.
What skills and experience do I need to succeed?
You’ll succeed in this role if you combine enterprise‑level transformation experience with the ability to turn AI capability into real commercial and operational outcomes.
We’re looking for someone who brings:
- 8+ years’ experience in transformation, change leadership, consulting, or digital enablement roles, ideally within B2B SaaS, FinTech, or regulated services environments
- A practical understanding of GenAI, copilots, automation, and workflow redesign from a business and operating‑model perspective (you don’t need to be an engineer)
- Proven experience identifying high‑value AI use cases, taking them from pilot through to scaled, embedded adoption
- A track record of linking technology adoption to revenue activation, delivery efficiency, or decision‑making improvement
- Advanced capability in driving adoption and behaviour change, including communications, training, coaching, and impact measurement
- Confidence working across Sales, Client Experience, Finance, HR, Legal, Risk, and Technology, and translating between technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- Experience establishing AI guardrails, usage policies, and risk controls in partnership with Legal, InfoSec, and Compliance
- The ability to influence senior leaders, navigate competing priorities, and build trust across distributed teams
A bachelor’s degree in business, transformation, information systems, behavioural science, or a related field is required; a master’s or MBA is preferred. Certifications such as Prosci, Scrum, PMP, or equivalent are beneficial.
