We’re looking for an HR Coordinator who will play a key role in supporting our people strategy and ensuring every colleague—from new starter to long‑serving employee—feels valued, supported and set up for success
Key Responsibilities
· Supporting with administrative tasks in an accurate and timely manner.
· Assist with Business Inductions for all new colleagues.
· Assist the recruitment process in accordance with all company and legal requirements.
· Dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence - emails, letters, phone calls etc.
· Placing job adverts internally and externally.
· Maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires.
· Attend job fairs and careers events.
· Arrange all flight and travel for any off-island needs.
· Coordinate recruitment figures in a daily/weekly report to share with the business.
· Coordinate the company benefits package to ensure it's competitive and supports retention;
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- A natural organiser with a passion for people
- Strong communication skills and a confident, friendly approach
- Experience in Administration
- Someone who enjoys variety and can balance multiple priorities with ease
