Location: This position will be remote with travel (10-25%) required. Preferred candidates will be located in one of the following states/areas: AZ, DC, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MD, MN, NC, NJ, NY, OH, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA.
Position Overview:
The Director of Provider Platform plays a critical role in operationalizing SkinSpirit’s Provider Platform and Clinic growth strategy. This role is responsible for assisting in the shaping the business frameworks, tools, and decision models that power planning, coaching, and performance management across the organization.

This role is responsible for assisting in the shaping the business frameworks, tools, and decision models that power planning, coaching, and performance management across the organization.
The Provider Platform develops, supports, and scales provider performance across the full lifecycle—from hiring and onboarding through productivity, development, and sustained profitability—by equipping the providers and clinic leaders with the trainings, tools and frameworks needed to drive consistent outcomes.
The work directly ignites 4Wall P&L performance at the clinic level by enabling stronger operational decisions across the provider and clinic lifecycle. You will activate the tools clinic leaders use to run their businesses—modeling utilization and productivity, informing compensation strategy, and establishing benchmarks that translate information into clear, actionable business decisions.
This role is a key strategic partner in Clinic business development conversations and serves as connective tissue between strategy, operations, finance, and field leadership.
The ideal candidate brings strong quantitative fluency paired with business strategy experience in multiunit, franchise, or healthcare environments, with a focus on enabling operators to make better decisions at the location level.
What You Will Do
Clinic Operations Optimization:
• Build provider productivity ramp frameworks by experience level
• Monitor P&L benchmarks related to operational expenses
• Partner with Finance and HR to integrate workforce planning assumptions
• Design and maintain clinic utilization frameworks, including room occupancy, provider utilization, opportunity hours, and capacity forecasting
• Establish the decision logic behind hiring trigger frameworks by linking utilization and occupancy to staffing needs
• Quantify the business impact of open rooms, vacancy costs, and time to fill
• Assess scheduling effectiveness and recommend operational adjustments
• Partner with Operations and Finance to ensure utilization insights are consistent, aligned, and actionable

• Establish the framework for provider tier classification and track movement over time
• Build decision tools to support performance intervention, including variance review and KPI diagnostics
• Define expected new hire ramp trajectories and identify early signals when performance deviates
• Maintain LMS performance insights tied to development outcomes and clinic economics

Clinic Business Development:
• Deliver the business performance package used by leaders and participate in business planning and coaching sessions
• Connect clinic level P&L performance to benchmarks to inform leadership decisions
• Partner with Finance to establish consistent benchmarking frameworks across metrics, including revenue, productivity, efficiency, profitability, and team health
• Provide executive level performance perspectives for the VP, Provider Platform and Senior leadership

• Support innovation initiatives by serving as a strategic business case checkpoint
• Translate complex information into clear, practical business guidance for clinic leaders
• Collaborate with Finance to align business tools with field activation and execution
• Present strategic insights and business implications to executive leadership
• Collaborate with the VP, Provider Platform and VP, Talent on business and talent reviews
• Support innovation initiatives by serving as a strategic business case checkpoint

What You Will Bring
Education:
- Bachelor’s required in Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, Data Science, or related quantitative field
- MBA or master’s in business Analytics, Finance, or related field strongly preferred
Experience:
- 10+ years in strategy, analytics, or finance with progressive responsibility — ideally in multi-unit, franchise, healthcare, or PE-backed environments
- Direct experience building business analytics for operators or location leaders — data that drives site-level decisions, not just executive dashboards
- Proven track record with P&L analysis, compensation modeling, utilization/capacity analysis, and productivity benchmarking
- Multi-site analytics across locations with varying maturity levels
- Ability to translate complex analysis into actionable content for non-analytical audiences and board
Strongly Preferred:
- Experience in medical aesthetics, med spa, healthcare services, or beauty/wellness
- Franchise or multi-unit performance analytics including same-store benchmarking
- Compensation analysis and workforce productivity modeling
- Diverse professional experience across entrepreneurial, startup and large corporate environments
Technical Skills:
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets — financial modeling, scenario analysis, dashboards
- Data visualization (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar)
- SQL or similar data query tools preferred
- Comfortable with HRIS, LMS, and financial systems
- Experience building automated reporting and scalable analytics infrastructure
- Advanced AI Skills
