What You’ll Do
- Preserve Operational Excellence: Oversee building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) with speed and accuracy to ensure zero downtime for our production teams.
- Drive Efficiency & Innovation: Proactively identify ways to optimize facility workflows, manage refurbishments, and implement cost-reduction strategies without compromising quality.
- Champion Safety & Compliance: Maintain a safe, compliant workspace by supervising vendors and ensuring all infrastructure meets rigorous regulatory standards.
- Collaborate to Scale: Work closely with leadership and operations to align facility support with broader business goals in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
What You’ll Bring
- Industry Grit: 3+ years of experience in facilities management, ideally in a high-intensity manufacturing or warehouse setting.
- Technical Mastery: A solid understanding of mechanical systems and a hunger for improvement—CFM certification or an Engineering degree is a major plus.
- Project Leadership: Exceptional planning and negotiation skills to manage budgets, contractors, and complex construction projects independently.
- Cultural Alignment: A safety-first mindset, a positive team-oriented attitude, and the flexibility to adapt as our company redefines the industry.
Physical Stuff
- Manual Dexterity: Ability to use various hand tools and equipment to address immediate facility needs.
- Strength & Stamina: Capable of bending, reaching, twisting, pinching, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Full Engagement: Ability to meet the full scope of physical demands required to inspect and maintain a large-scale industrial site.
