ROLE PURPOSE
We are looking for a business analyst with a deep understanding of FMCG business and proficiency in SAP technology. You will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing the company's SAP core systems (with a focus on FICO/PP/MM modules) and acting as a key bridge to lead SAP's integration projects with various on-premises third-party systems such as CRM, TPM, MES etc. You need to support local SAP BAU and respond quickly to business needs through technological innovation, which work with global/regional SAP team and ACE (in India) to resolve issues.
ROLE PURPOSE
We are looking for a business analyst with a deep understanding of FMCG business and proficiency in SAP technology. You will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing the company's SAP core systems (with a focus on FICO/PP/MM modules) and acting as a key bridge to lead SAP's integration projects with various on-premises third-party systems such as CRM, TPM, MES etc. You need to support local SAP BAU and respond quickly to business needs through technological innovation, which work with global/regional SAP team and ACE (in India) to resolve issues.

- SAP system operation and support (30%)
- Business Process Optimization (40%)
- New Project and System Integration (30%)
Key Responsibilities
SAP system operation and support
- Responsible for daily maintenance, user support, troubleshooting of SAP related modules (such as MM/PP/FICO), especially finance period/annual closure.
- Quickly respond to and solve process and system problems encountered by business users in SAP usage and provide root cause analysis and long-term solutions.
- Monitor system performance and ensure the stability and high availability of the SAP production environment via cooperating with global SAP team.
Business Process Optimization and Solution Design
- Work closely with sales, supply chain, finance, and other business units to deeply analyze FMCG-specific business processes to identify optimization points.
- Design and promote process optimization solutions in SAP systems based on business needs to improve business efficiency.
- Write clear functional requirements specifications for development team to develop and implementation.
New Project and System Integration
- Serve as the primary or core participant in the technical evaluation and implementation of SAP's integration with local third-party systems. This includes interface solution selection (e.g., API, IDoc, middleware, etc.), technical feasibility analysis, and risk assessment.
- Responsible for interface testing, data mapping, online support, and follow-up O&M to ensure accurate and real-time data flow between different systems.
- Participate in the company's digital transformation projects as an SAP-side specialist, ensuring seamless integration of new projects with SAP systems.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Experience working on SAP S/4HANA upgrades or new implementation projects, rich experience in 3rd party integration, familiar with logistics or FI/CO.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Proficiency in configuration, master data management, and end-to-end processes for at least one module in SAP FICO or PP/MM.
- Rich experience in SAP interface technology, familiar with IDoc, RFC, BAPI and other ways to connect with external systems.
- Ability to perform system configuration, unit testing, and user training with minimal supervision.
- Gain a deep understanding of typical business processes in the FMCG or Manufacturing industry, such as IBP, SCM, Warehouse etc.
- Strong methodical, systematic, and problem-solving skills.
- Solid logical analysis and problem-solving skills: Ability to break down complex problems, conduct root cause analysis, and promote solution implementation
- Able to communicate in daily spoken or written English.
