What’s on Offer?

This is a full-time, 9‑month maternity cover position starting in April, supporting adults (18+) with severe mental health challenges.

You will:
  • Work across supported living in Norwich (NR2) and with community clients across North Norfolk

Key Responsibilities

What you’ll do:
  • Provide individual key work sessions and targeted, recovery‑focused interventions
  • Use person‑centred planning to help individuals exercise choice and control
  • Work collaboratively to develop and review assessments, safety management plans and recovery support plans
  • Champion independence, wellbeing, and empowerment at every step
