We’re looking for a Cabin Safety & Training Specialist to play a pivotal operational role in shaping our cabin crew capability. You’ll design, deliver, and oversee both regulatory and non‑regulatory training, ensure our manuals remain fully compliant, support continuous improvement across our operation, and operate as an SCCM when required. What you'll be doing
- Delivering regulatory and non‑regulatory Cabin Crew training, including line training, promotional training and check flights.
- Maintaining all cabin safety manuals and training documentation, ensuring full UK CAA and company compliance.
- Serving as a Subject Matter Expert for CSPM and OM‑D2 manuals.
- Completing oversight flights, compliance monitoring activities and maintaining accurate training and crew records.
- Producing Cabin Crew notices, forms and attestations, ensuring timely regulatory updates.
- Operating as an SCCM when required and supporting aircraft delivery or return‑to‑service.
- Working with third‑party training providers to ensure training materials meet AirTanker and regulatory standards.
- Supporting a positive safety culture through investigations, Duty Cabin Safety Trainer duties and continuous improvement activity.
