Supply Chain Analyst

The Supply Chain Analyst will improve the efficiency of supply chain operations through data collection and analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Essential Functions:
- Data analysis - compile data from multiple systems, create customized reports for internal and external users in areas such as, but not limited to:
- Production Labor Standards
- Inventory Tracking & Reconciliation
- Supplier delivery performance
- Demand Forecasting
- S&OP Process
- Past-Due Supply Constraints
- On-time Shipping
- Supply & Demand KPI’s
- Analyze data to suggest areas for performance improvement
- Track and maintain list of applicable metrics and develop ways to gain automation and efficiency
- Communicate with other departments within the organization to identify productivity issues
Secondary Functions:
- Assist and support various supply chain management departments
- Manage quote requests for Kitting Program (New Business, Requotes and All Kit Quotes)
- Maintaining a safe, clean and orderly work area
- Other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications
Education/Certifications:
- 2+ years in a supply chain role and/or a bachelor’s degree (Supply Chain Management preferred)
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Intermediate user abilities in Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced level Excel skills preferred)
- Ability to learn and work with Enterprise Resource Management (ERP) software
- Advanced math skills and ability to review/create data visualizations (i.e. charts, graphs)
- Independent, responsible, proactive, and excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to problem solve and research alternate solutions
- Excellent communication skills and/or exchange verbal information or instruction
- Analytical and detail oriented
