As we continue to grow our business, an opportunity has become available for a Senior Product Analyst who is passionate about turning data into meaningful action. 

This role offers scope to shape how we work, requiring extensive hands‑on analysis. You will empower our product teams by supporting data‑driven decision‑making, building best‑in‑class tracking frameworks, and uncovering insights that drive product innovation. 

Core duties and responsibilities:

Data Analysis & Reporting: 
  • Cultivate and champion a data-driven culture by educating stakeholders on the value and best use of data, empowering them to make informed decisions 
  • Be a partner to Product Managers throughout the Discovery/Design phase of the PDLC, ensuring the right metrics are considered and are trackable post release 
  • Evangelise and democratise access to product data and help derive actionable insights 
  • Deliver thoughtfully designed self-serve dashboards and reports that deliver value to the user, while maintaining and improving the existing suite 
  • Help improve the data literacy of the product organisation 
Tool Management: 
  • Assist in the management and implementation of analytics tools used in product development and reporting 
  • Ensure analytics platforms are correctly utilised to meet reporting needs 
  • Define best practice for analytics (event taxonomy, naming conventions, properties, user/device IDs etc.) 

Skills, experience and qualifications required:

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or a Product Analyst, ideally within a SaaS environment. 
  • Strong understanding of data implementation principles, including tracking tags/events, product metrics, and performance indicators. 
  • Proven experience driving a data‑driven culture within a product organisation and supporting change initiatives. 
  • Ability to influence product teams and encourage adoption of new practices. 
  • High proficiency with analytics and visualisation tools, such as Heap, Tableau, Power BI, Excel, and SQL. 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and translate insights into actionable recommendations. 
  • Familiarity with statistical concepts, data analysis techniques, and data platforms (e.g., data warehouses, DBT) is a plus. 
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with a collaborative approach to partnership and knowledge sharing. 
  • Comfortable working across multiple product teams and stakeholders simultaneously. 
  • Confident communicator, able to present findings and recommendations to senior technical and non‑technical audiences. 
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage competing tasks effectively. 
Work mode:
  • We offer a hybrid work mode to be present in the Plovdiv or Sofia office at least twice per week.
Salary budget:
  • Depending on experience, the salary ranges from €36,000 to €39,000 gross per year.
