What You'll Do

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans
  •  Design, oversee, and modify individualized ABA treatment programs 
  •  Provide clinical supervision to Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBTs) and BCBA trainees 
  •  Ensure treatment fidelity and high-quality service delivery 
  •  Analyze data and make data-driven treatment decisions 
  •  Provide parent/caregiver training and support 
  •  Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support client progress 
  •  Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation 
  •  Ensure compliance with BACB standards and ethical guidelines

What We’re Looking For

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification 
  •  Strong clinical skills in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) 
  •  Experience conducting FBAs and developing BIPs 
  •  Experience supervising BTs/RBTs and/or trainees 
  •  Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills 
  •  Commitment to ethical, high-quality, client-centered care 

Preferred Qualifications

  •  Experience in home, clinic, and/or school-based ABA services 
  •  Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) 
  •  Experience with early intervention and/or pediatric populations
