We are seeking a B2B Account Manager who is responsive, organized, and motivated by winning business. This role is responsible for quickly responding to quote requests, managing customer follow-up in Freshsales, conducting regular account reviews with active customers, and reactivating dormant accounts.
HC Brands generates a regular stream of inbound quote requests and leads through our websites. This role is responsible for responding quickly, converting those opportunities into orders, and pairing that inbound activity with proactive account review and reactivation work.
This is a hands-on sales and account management role. Success in this position comes from moving quickly, communicating clearly, following through, and building trust with customers while identifying opportunities to grow revenue.
What you'll do:
Respond quickly to quote requests and work to win deals
Manage inbound quote requests with urgency. Respond to quote requests and provide a same-business-day quote or starting quote for standard existing products. When quantity, customization, or special requirements are still being finalized, send a quote based on standard specifications and continue updating it through follow-up touches as customer needs become clearer. Work to keep opportunities moving and convert quotes into orders.

Conduct 2–3 account reviews per week with existing customers
Meet regularly with active customers to confirm they are getting what they need, strengthen the relationship, review pricing as appropriate, and identify opportunities for additional business.
Reactivate dormant accounts
Proactively reach out to inactive customers, understand why business slowed or stopped, work to resolve issues, and create a path to win back business.
Manage activity in Freshsales
Maintain accurate account details, notes, follow-up tasks, pricing discussions, pipeline stages, and opportunity updates in Freshsales so work is organized, visible, and actionable.
Identify practical growth opportunities
Look for opportunities to grow revenue through repeat orders, expanded product usage, pricing resets, and stronger customer engagement.
Work across teams to support the customer
Coordinate with internal partners to ensure quotes, pricing, orders, and customer needs are handled accurately and efficiently.
How Success Will Be Measured
- Response time to inbound quote requests, with a target of within 1 business hour
- High percentage of quote requests for standard existing products receiving a same-business-day quote or starting quote
- Quote-to-order conversion rate
- Completion of 2–3 account reviews per week
- Revenue retention and growth from existing accounts
- Number of dormant accounts reactivated
- Consistent and accurate use of Freshsales
Education and Experience
- 2–3 years of experience in sales, account management, customer relationship management, or a similar customer-facing role preferred
- Experience with B2B sales, quoting, or ecommerce is preferred
- Experience using a CRM; Freshsales experience is a plus
