Provide an effective and high quality Enrolment Service that puts the applicant at its heart, working as an integral member of the Enrolment Team, across all functions of the enrolment process to ensure that core services are delivered to the highest customer service standards, using data collection and amendment systems and procedures to ensure that all requests relating to student data are processed in an efficient and timely manner and ensuring the timely processing of all functions related to student enrolment.

Main Responsibilities and Duties:
The following is an indication of the type and level of the main priorities expected of this role as directed by Executive Director or Director of Service and is not intended to be a comprehensive list of duties or tasks:
1. Acknowledge late applications and organise late interviews and enrolment bookings in line with department Service Level Agreements.
2. Refer applicants who require advice and guidance to the relevant College service e.g. Careers, Student Finance, Welfare.
3. Assist the Admissions Team, Admissions Team Leader and Registry Manager with the organisation and delivery of an effective enrolment service, including checking student information against provided identification, referring any assessments for funding eligibility and overseas qualifications to a member of the Admissions team in a timely fashion.
4. Process student data related to enrolments such as completing student enrolments both face-to-face and remotely, answering telephone and online queries, assisting applicants with completing their enrolment links and any other tasks deemed appropriate by the Admissions Team Leader or the Registry Manager.
5. Maintain an understanding of data hygiene, GDPR and College safeguarding policies to ensure that the enrolment process supports the production of accurate and valid data.
