ROLE PURPOSE
The Deployment Coordinator assists in all deployment activities for Glory Australia & New Zealand, working closely with internal and external partners in understanding project requirements, costs, and variables.
Key Responsibilities
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Delivers all field related product projects, including installations, removals, relocations, and upgrades.
- Plan, direct, and coordinate activities of internal and external teams to ensure objectives of assigned projects are met within timelines.
- Obtain competitive quotes from 3rd Party installers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including Sales team members, internal and external project team members and third-party vendors to ensure all partners are clear on their responsibilities to effectively execute the required activities and deliverables.
- Gather deployment information and reflecting relevant changes in JDE system.
- Improve and implement processes to increase productivity and efficiency.
Health & Safety:
- Adherence to Health & Safety policies and procedures at all times.
- Ensure the prompt and accurate reporting of all workplace incidents and injuries.
- Ensure all hazards are promptly assessed for their significance and managed according to the hazard management process.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
Education Level:
- Tertiary qualifications in business or related field preferred.
Qualifications:
- 1 years + experience in project management or deployment programs
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in working with project management tools for example, smartsheet
- Strong communication skills
- Proven experience mitigating deployment risks
- Strong attention to detail
- Proven organisational skills
- Analytical mindset
- Ability to succeed managing multiple priorities
- Willingness and ability to be available outside of standard business hours to remotely support afterhours activity as required.
