ROLE PURPOSE
The Deployment Coordinator assists in all deployment activities for Glory Australia & New Zealand, working closely with internal and external partners in understanding project requirements, costs, and variables.

Key Responsibilities

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Delivers all field related product projects, including installations, removals, relocations, and upgrades.
  • Plan, direct, and coordinate activities of internal and external teams to ensure objectives of assigned projects are met within timelines.
  • Obtain competitive quotes from 3rd Party installers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including Sales team members, internal and external project team members and third-party vendors to ensure all partners are clear on their responsibilities to effectively execute the required activities and deliverables. 
  • Gather deployment information and reflecting relevant changes in JDE system. 
  • Improve and implement processes to increase productivity and efficiency.

Health & Safety:
  • Adherence to Health & Safety policies and procedures at all times.
  • Ensure the prompt and accurate reporting of all workplace incidents and injuries.
  • Ensure all hazards are promptly assessed for their significance and managed according to the hazard management process.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
Education Level:
  • Tertiary qualifications in business or related field preferred.
Qualifications:  
  • 1 years + experience in project management or deployment programs
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES 
  • Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in working with project management tools for example, smartsheet
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proven experience mitigating deployment risks
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Proven organisational skills
  • Analytical mindset
  • Ability to succeed managing multiple priorities
  • Willingness and ability to be available outside of standard business hours to remotely support afterhours activity as required.
