We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and enthusiastic individual to join our team at Pomme d'Or Hotel, as a F&B Attendant (Bartender / Mixologist).

For over 185 years, the Pomme d'Or Hotel has been a popular destination for both business and leisure travellers. Located in the heart of St Helier, the hotel offers stunning views of Liberation Square and the yacht marina. With 143 contemporary rooms, modern restaurants, versatile function rooms and the finest cocktail bar in the island, the Pomme d'Or Hotel caters to a diverse mix of guests, blending business and pleasure seamlessly.

In this role, you will be an excellent team player, dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences. With a passion for personalised service, you will interact confidently with guests, creating magical memories. Whether you are creating innovative cocktails, serving timeless classics, or providing service with a warm smile, you will play a key role in ensuring every guest has a memorable experience.

You'll deliver excellent service from the initial greeting and order-taking to making recommendations and processing payments, all while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

  • A Qualification in Hospitality studies.
  • Mastery of techniques like shaking, stirring, muddling, layering 
  • Deep understanding of spirits (vodka, gin, rum, whisky, tequila) 
  • Knowledge of classic cocktails and modern variations
  • Awareness of flavour profiles and ingredient pairings
