About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern to join our legal team in KSA. This is an excellent opportunity for law graduates to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic fintech environment. The intern will support the legal team across a variety of tasks, including legal research, document review, and administrative support, while developing a foundational understanding of KSA laws, regulations, and in-house legal operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the review and proofreading of legal documents including commercial contracts to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Conduct legal research on KSA laws, regulations, and compliance requirements and prepare concise summaries for the legal team.
  • Support the legal team in tracking and monitoring updates to local laws and regulations that may impact the business.
  • Help maintain and organize the legal department's contract repository and document management systems.
  • Assist in preparing templates, presentations, and reports for internal and regulatory purposes.
  • Provide general administrative support to the legal team, including project management, drafting correspondence and coordinating internal follow-ups.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • Bachelor's degree in Law from a recognized university
  • Previous work experience desirable, ideally in a legal function
  • Basic awareness of KSA laws 
  • Working knowledge of the KSA regulatory landscape for financial services is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Eagerness to learn, proactive attitude, and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
