Assistant Buyer

 Purchase raw material needed based on demand and inventory levels. Secure raw material deliveries on time to achieve production plan.

•       Review MRP results (messages) and create Purchase Orders.

•       Create Purchase Order to achieve production plan and inventory policies.

•       Expedite material to avoid affecting production plan.  

•       Inform about raw material shortages that put in risk production, using “Shortage report”.

•       Keep obsolete material reports updated and follow up on actions.

•       Follow up on first articles FAI.

•       Provide complete information to Logistics department to import material.

•       Achieve safety and quality company policies.

•       Any other work activity that the leader demands. 

ERP Oracle experience, organized, analytic, decision maker, results oriented, excel.
