What You’ll Do at OnePlan
Solution Consultants at OnePlan are technical professionals first. You will design, build, and deliver solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform and OnePlan's product suite, helping customers turn strategy into measurable outcomes. While you will work directly with customers, the core of this role is technical: configuring, integrating, and extending platforms to solve real business problems.
Your day to day will include:
- Building and configuring solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and the broader Microsoft 365 ecosystem to extend OnePlan and integrate with client environments
- Designing reports, dashboards, and automations in Power BI and Power Automate that give customers visibility into portfolios, resources, and financials
- Implementing and integrating PPM platforms such as OnePlan with an emphasis on technical configuration over advisory
- Configuring portfolios, project plans, resource plans, and financial tracking to support strategic prioritization and delivery
- Connecting systems across client ecosystems using APIs, connectors, and Microsoft technologies to create seamless workflows
- Supporting discovery sessions to understand business and technical requirements and translate them into platform configurations
- Partnering with customers throughout the delivery lifecycle, from requirements gathering through adoption, in a remote setting
- Delivering workshops, demos, and presentations that showcase what's technically possible with the solutions you've built
Our Ideal Fit
- 3 to 5+ years of hands on technical implementation experience in a SaaS or consulting environment
- Strong, demonstrable proficiency with the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI (report/dashboard development), Power Apps (canvas and/or model driven apps), and Power Automate (flow design and automation)
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Project, with experience integrating these tools into broader technical solutions
- Experience configuring and deploying Work Management or PPM platforms such as OnePlan, Microsoft Project Online, Smartsheet, Clarity PPM, or Planview
- Ability to connect business requirements to technical configurations and deliver outcome based solutions
- Strong communication skills with experience leading client engagements in a remote environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders with strong organizational skills
- Professionalism and resilience when navigating complex client environments or challenging technical scenarios
Bonus points if you have
- Experience supporting PMOs or enterprise transformation programs
- Exposure to financial tracking or portfolio prioritization frameworks
- A background in consulting or professional services roles
