As a Senior Recruiter at Impulse Space, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers to drive the full life-cycle recruiting process, encompassing sourcing, screening, interviewing, extending offers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Operating across diverse roles within the Engineering and Operations teams, you will be a key player in our hiring strategy. Responsibilities
- Manage full cycle recruiting for multiple, complex searches, creating innovative sourcing strategies and engagement to bring the best talent to each role
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process to ensure we meet their hiring needs and goals
- Regularly manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity, and proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders
- Foster a collaborative team environment and a strong service-oriented culture, which ensures delivery of an efficient, effective, quality driven services to internal hiring teams
- Focus on process development & metrics/analytics - helping Impulse continually raise the recruiting bar
Minimum Qualifications
- 6+ years’ experience in full life cycle technical recruiting
- Experience recruiting for hardware engineering roles (Mechanical, Test, Production, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to identify, source, and hire exceptional engineering talent
- Ability to build strong relationships with both managers and candidates
- Knowledge of various recruiting tools such as applicant tracking systems, social media platforms, Boolean searches etc.
- Demonstrated knowledge of employment classifications
- Ability to prioritize and set expectations in a fast moving environment
