Healthcare Virtual Assistant

Full Time ₱25,000 - ₱30,000 / month

Job Overview

This hybrid role combines the responsibilities of an Executive Assistant with donor research and analysis. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and skilled in data management, research, platform management, and light scheduling. You will provide critical support to Cathy Scott and Trevor Bragdon, with regular communication across the broader CS&C team, enabling effective decision-making and fostering deeper relationships with current and prospective donors

Key Responsibilities

1.  Donor Research & Analysis

•       Research potential and existing donors and create detailed 1–3 page briefs, including background, giving history, philanthropic interests, and wealth capacity.

•       Maintain a database of donor information, ensuring data accuracy, relevance, and confidentiality.

•       Sort through and organize data to identify high-value prospects and forecast potential donation amounts.


2.  Executive Support

•       Manage and coordinate calendars and scheduling for Cathy Scott and Trevor Bragdon, including meetings, calls, and appointments.

•       Assist with personal and professional tasks as needed, including travel arrangements, expense tracking, and reminders.

•       Communicate clearly and professionally with other members of the CS&C team as needed.


3.  Platform & Digital Operations

•       Upload and manage video content on Vimeo, including setting chapter bookmarks at designated timestamps per provided instructions.

•       Set up and manage email campaigns and sequences in Kit.com (formerly ConvertKit), following templates and guidelines provided.

•       Conduct basic web research to support organizational needs and projects.

•       Learn and work within additional platforms as needed with instructions provided.


4.  Administrative Assistance

•       Conduct market research or other ad-hoc projects to support organizational needs.

•       Maintain task lists and ensure deadlines are met efficiently.

•       Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and materials for meetings and events.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise


Skills

•       Strong research and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and recurring trends.

•       Proficiency in donor management tools, CRM platforms, and productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).

•       Comfort working within online platforms such as Vimeo and Kit.com; ability to follow detailed platform-specific instructions.

•       Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

•       Ability to manage multiple priorities, work with a distributed team, and maintain confidentiality.

•       Familiarity with donor wealth screening tools (e.g., DonorSearch, WealthEngine) is a plus.
