The Sales Enablement Manager is responsible for designing, delivering, and maintaining the training, content, tooling, and processes that elevate sales performance across the New Business and Client Success organisations.

As Sales Enablement Manager, you will:
- Equip the teams with best-in-class content: Create playbooks, talk tracks, battlecards, templates, and training that make it easier to sell effectively.
- Improve execution quality: Help SDRs, Sales Consultants, Senior Consultants, and CSMs execute sales methodology at a high standard.
- Shorten ramp time for new joiners: Deliver high-impact onboarding and accelerate confidence, capability, and productivity.
- Drive adoption of tools and processes: Ensure the sales organisation uses systems properly and leverages them for commercial advantage.
- Elevate consistency across vertical teams: Make sure everyone sells the same story, value proposition, and messaging.

What You’ll be Doing:
Enablement Content & Playbooks
- Build and maintain sales playbooks, vertical guides, objection handling, and competitor positioning.
- Translate product changes and proposition updates into clear, usable sales materials.
- Collaborate with Proposition Managers to ensure all messaging is consistent and commercially aligned.
Sales Onboarding & Training Programmes
- Deliver structured onboarding for new joiners across SDR, Sales, and Client Success.
- Run regular training sessions on discovery, qualification, storytelling, objection handling, and negotiation.
- Track onboarding progress and performance metrics.
Sales Tools & Process Adoption
- Support usage of CRM, outreach tools, and enablement platforms.
- Deliver training and troubleshooting on systems and tools.
- Partner with Revenue Intelligence and Sales Operations to drive data quality and process compliance.
Coaching & Skill Development
- Provide hands-on coaching sessions for individuals and teams.
- Review calls, outreach sequences, and proposals to identify improvements.
- Work closely with SDR Managers and Heads of Sales to develop capability across all levels.
Campaign & GTM Execution
- Support targeted outreach campaigns with messaging, sequences, and sales assets.
- Ensure reps have everything they need for proposition updates and new product launches.
- Partner with Marketing to align lead quality, content needs, and sales activation.
Performance Analysis & Insight
- Analyse sales activity data to identify development areas.
- Contribute insights to the Head of Sales Enablement for programme and content improvement.
- Track the impact of training and initiatives on sales KPIs.
Experience and Skills You Need in this Role:
- Proven experience in sales enablement, SDR management, sales coaching, or B2B selling.
- Strong understanding of the full sales cycle and modern sales methodology.
- Demonstrated experience designing or delivering training programmes.
- Proven ability to create decks, playbooks, enablement assets, and documentation.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, and GTM teams.
- High-quality communicator: clear, structured, and engaging.
- Commercially aware: understands value selling and commercial drivers.
- Organised & structured: proven ability to manage multiple programmes simultaneously.
- Creative thinker: can convert complex information into simple, practical content.
- Collaborative: works well with both leadership and frontline teams.
- Data-driven: comfortable analysing performance data to inform enablement improvements.
- Coaching mindset: patient, constructive, and solutions oriented.
