We're looking for an AI-Augmented Developer who uses AI tools as a primary development accelerator — not just an assistant. You'll sit at the intersection of engineering and automation, building faster prototypes, improving our AI-driven workflows, and shipping production-ready solutions that amplify what our teams can do. This role is for someone who thinks in systems, moves quickly, and is always looking for smarter ways to build.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the improvement of AI-driven workflows for generating UI components and client-facing web experiences from design assets
- Build and maintain internal tools — scripts, generators, and automation pipelines — that eliminate repetitive dev work across teams
- Automate repetitive development tasks using n8n, custom scripts, and LLM-powered workflows
- Prototype solutions rapidly and iterate to production-quality output with lean overhead
- Optimize the overall development workflow with AI — identify bottlenecks, propose tooling, and set new standards for team efficiency.
- Integrate third-party APIs and services into internal and client-facing platforms, ensuring reliable and scalable implementations.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional development experience, with a strong portfolio of shipped products or tools
- Proficient in React, Tailwind CSS, TypeScript, and Python — across both frontend UI and backend scripting
- Hands-on experience integrating and working with third-party APIs and building internal tooling
- Comfortable working across the full stack — from component logic to pipeline scripts and API layers
