Virtual Staffing Solutions is looking for results-driven Member Services Sales Agent to handle incoming customer inquiries, convert leads into sales, and support outbound calls to promote services. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming sales calls and assist customer inquiries
- Recommend products/services based on customer needs
- Explain features, benefits, and pricing clearly
- Handle objections and close sales
- Accurately document customer interactions
- Make outbound calls to promote services and follow up leads
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling
- Meet daily and weekly call and sales targets
- Schedule follow-ups when needed
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Experience in sales, managed services, insurance, or similar industries is a plus
- Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Five9, or similar
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Comfortable working with targets and scripts
- Basic computer and CRM skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
