Salary Bandings  |                            | Salary     | OTE
Service Technician (Non Brand /ATA)  £35,500  | £41,200 *up to £35,500 dependent upon experience
Accredited Service Technician  | £41,000  | £45,000
Accredited Senior  Technician   £45,000  | £50,000

What you will be doing:

  • Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and technical issues on our vehicles.
  • Diagnose and carry out repairs effectively and efficiently within manufacturers’ servicing and repair times.
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections on vehicles according to BMW standards
  • Advise and report on vehicle and parts faults and servicing requirements noticed while working on vehicles, including future servicing repair requirements
  • Look for ways to identify future customer costs savings by recommending preventative maintenance and appropriate vehicle expenditure

What We're Looking For:

  • Level 3 NVQ in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent).
  • City & Guilds qualification or other adequate qualifications.
  • BMW Senior Technician qualification or equivalent from prestigious retailer 
  • Experience in the diagnosis, servicing, maintenance, and repair of motor vehicles
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a collaborative team
