About the role
We are looking for an organised and detail‑focused Document Management Administrator to join our Accounts team. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for chasing missing tickets and documentation from our service providers via phone and email. If you pride yourself on your attention to detail and enjoy being part of a supportive team, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Your accuracy, communication skills, and ability to work to deadlines will be key in ensuring all documentation is completed to a high standard and stored correctly.
Some of the key responsibilities:
- Scan and upload proof of deliveries into the system, ensuring accuracy at all times.
- Request any missing documentation from service providers.
- Achieve monthly targets and meet the deadlines set.
- Obtain missing documents efficiently and accurately.
- Respond promptly to internal and external queries, maintaining an excellent service at all times.

- Confident communicating by phone and email.
- Ability to write professional, clear, and grammatically accurate emails.
- Able to use Microsoft Office effectively in a day‑to‑day role.
- Comfortable working to deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- A strong team player with the ability to work well under pressure.
