About the role
We’re looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to join our Comply function in Bucharest. In this role, you will lead the delivery of complex technology initiatives, ensuring projects are executed on time, within scope, and within budget.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and senior stakeholders, managing a significant portfolio of projects and coordinating the preparation of RFPs and RFIs. This is a strategic role with high visibility and impact across the organization.
What we need from you
What You’ll Do
- Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex IT projects and programs.
- Manage a portfolio of projects exceeding €10 million, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress, proactively identifying and mitigating risks and managing changes to scope, schedule, and budget.
- Foster strong stakeholder and client relationships, ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate and support the preparation of RFP/RFI responses, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality proposals.
- Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Ensure governance and reporting, providing regular updates to senior leadership.
- Promote continuous improvement and best practices in project management.
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in IT project or program management, delivering complex initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience managing large-scale programs (€10M+).
- Strong stakeholder and client management skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience with project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid).
- Fluency in English.
Nice to Have:
- PMP certification or equivalent.
- Experience in environmental compliance, sustainability, or SaaS platforms.
- Familiarity with international project environments.
- Willingness to travel periodically to Germany and the UK.
