🔧 What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be hands-on from day one, learning real skills that matter:
- Diagnosing and fixing mechanical and electrical issues
- Carrying out servicing and repairs to BMW standards
- Performing routine maintenance and vehicle checks
- Spotting potential problems before they become costly
- Helping customers keep their cars running smoothly
👀 What We’re Looking For
- Level 2 or 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
- A genuine interest in cars and how they work
- Problem-solving mindset—you like figuring things out
- Team player, but also confident working independently
- Someone who wants to build a long-term career, not just a job
