The Bilingual Customer Service Representative (CSR) will assist our customers via inbound and outbound calls in a call center environment. CSR must be available to work 8 hour shifts between the hours of 8:00 am – 7:00 pm on Monday – Thursday and 8:00 am – 5:00 pm on Friday EST.
Key Responsibilities
● Answering incoming calls, e-mail and messages from customers
● Researching solutions, reviewing options and troubleshooting issues
● Update billing information along with personal information
● Activating contracts, processing change requests to accounts, follow-up on past due payments
● Documenting information into a client system to track customer interactions and solutions
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
● 1 year of continuous experience in a call center
● Excellent English Comprehension skills and proficient in Spanish
● Accurate data entry proficiency
● Accurate data entry proficiency
● Strong organizational, interpersonal, and follow-up skills
● Attention to detail and accuracy in work with numerical data
● Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion
● Proper spelling and grammar usage
● High comfort level with technology
● Excellent time management skills, self-motivated
