About the team:
At Arcavindi, our Facilities Team supports the smooth running of our Netherlands site by keeping our environment safe, clean, and operational. Working closely with Logistics, the busiest and most fast-moving area of the business, we help ensure stock flow isn’t disrupted by clutter, waste build-up, or unsafe working conditions.
The Logistics area handles large volumes of customer-owned vintage goods and packaging every day. That means smart, consistent management of goods is essential to maintaining safety, efficiency, and pride in our workspace. We’re practical, hands-on, and committed to keeping our site working at its best.
About the role:
As a Driver & Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for transporting goods and people between multiple Arcavindi locations. This includes moving boxes and items between warehouses, offices, and facilities, as well as transporting colleagues between train stations and Arcavindi buildings when required and also collecting/delivering warehouse supplies from third party suppliers.
Reporting into the Internal Logistics / Operations Team, this is a hands-on role that combines professional driving with on-site logistics support. When not driving, you’ll assist with warehouse and internal logistics tasks, making this a varied role suited to someone flexible, reliable, and safety-focused.

Key Goals & Objectives:
- Ensure timely, safe, and professional transport of goods and people between sites
- Maintain high standards of vehicle safety, cleanliness, and compliance
- Support internal logistics and warehouse operations when not driving
- Accurately complete journey logs, delivery records, and vehicle checks
- Contribute to efficient routing and continuous improvement of logistics operations
Key Responsibilities
- Drive between multiple Arcavindi sites to transport goods, equipment, and people
- Transport boxes and items securely between warehouses and facilities
- Provide safe and professional transport for colleagues between train stations and buildings
- Plan efficient routes using GPS and navigation tools
- Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any maintenance or safety issues
- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving stock within warehouse areas
- Support internal logistics teams with stock organisation and movement
- Maintain a tidy, safe, and professional working environment
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Valid driving licence appropriate for the vehicle used (Netherlands)
- Knowledge, experience and applicable certification of using various cargo transportation devices such as palletiser, electronic pallet truck and forklift
- Previous experience in a driving, logistics, or warehouse-based role
- Strong knowledge of road safety and responsible driving practices
- Comfortable driving between multiple locations and sites
- Physically able to lift and move boxes and items safely
- Reliable, flexible, and well-organised with good time management
- Friendly, professional communication style when transporting colleagues
