Virtual Staffing Solutions is looking for Patient Care Coordinators who will serve as the primary point of contact for patients, ensuring timely support, accurate information, and seamless service. This role involves handling inquiries, managing account updates, and assisting with billing and contract processes while maintaining a high level of professionalism and care.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming calls, emails, and messages from patients and customers.
- Research solutions, troubleshoot issues, and provide clear, effective resolutions.
- Update and maintain accurate patient billing and personal information.
- Process account changes, activate contracts, and follow up on overdue payments.
- Document all customer interactions and solutions in the client system for accurate tracking
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Must have at least 6 months of continuous BPO experience
- Excellent English comprehension and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with accurate data entry proficiency
- High comfort level with technology
- Excellent time management skills; self-motivated and organized
