The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across the US, with additional support for EMEA. Reporting to the Regional MD, this role manages end-to-end recruitment for a range of positions, maintains candidate pipelines, and ensures positive candidate experience. The specialist supports key projects and adheres to the processes established by the Global Head of Talent Acquisition, working closely with internal stakeholders to meet hiring objectives and drive organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities
Talent attraction and acquisition
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring decisions.
- Proactively source candidates using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and referrals.
- Build and maintain robust pipelines for critical, high-volume, and hard-to-fill positions.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience through clear, professional communication throughout the hiring process.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and panelists.
- Support the onboarding process to ensure smooth transitions for new hires.
Stakeholder collaboration
- Partner with the Regional MD and Global Head of Talent Acquisition to understand workforce needs and prioritize requisitions.
- Work with hiring managers to develop clear job descriptions, define key role requirements, and align on selection criteria.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by providing progress updates and recommending process improvements.
Recruitment marketing and employer branding
- Support employer branding initiatives, including creating and promoting job postings and career-related content.
- Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and campus recruitment drives as needed.
- Assist with internship and campus recruitment programs in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Data management and compliance
- Use the ATS (e.g., Pinpoint) and other tools to track recruitment metrics, report progress, and inform hiring strategies.
- Ensure compliance with local and international employment laws and internal policies.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- 3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably with exposure to global recruitment.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven ability to manage multiple open requisitions across various levels and functions.
- Experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms (e.g., Pinpoint).
- Knowledge of recruitment marketing strategies, employer branding, and leveraging social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok) to attract talent.
