Job Overview

As an Operations Assistant, you are vital in helping to deliver operational services and assisting with office functions across our UK offices. You will assist with employee relations, ensure the timely processing of documentation, manage the onboarding process, providing support to Managers, and support various HR functions. You will ensure the smooth running of processes and compliance with current legislation, along with managing supplies, maintaining our office space and ad-hoc administrative duties.

Part time hours - 22.5 per week, worked as 3 full days in office. Preferably Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in handling of human resources activities, including staff inductions.
  • Assist with administrative duties, including personnel letters and maintenance of personnel system.
  • Note-take in formal meetings.
  • Assist in maintenance of office amenities, ensuring stock supply of stationary, tea/coffee.
  • Place food orders weekly for offices across UK.
  • Ensure office is maintained and presentable.
  • Recruitment (phone screening, arranging interviews).
  • Onboarding administration for new staff (right to work checks etc).
  • Health and Safety compliance.
  • Ad-hoc administrative tasks, such as expenses.
