Full‑Time | Mon–Fri | 7:00–4:00 or 8:00–5:00

Aspen Contracting is hiring Production Support Coordinators to help keep our offices, crews, and projects running smoothly. We’re looking to add at least 3 team members, including one individual ready to take on office oversight quickly (with training and support).

This role is ideal for someone who cares deeply about follow‑through, communication, and helping teams succeed. Details can be taught — effort and ownership cannot.

What You’ll Do

  • Support day‑to‑day production operations across offices
  • Communicate with: 
  • Suppliers
  • Sales reps
  • Tenants/homeowners
  • Field crews
  • Help coordinate projects, resolve issues, and keep timelines moving
  • Support office needs and step in when coverage or leadership is required
  • Handle after‑hours calls as needed to support production and the field

Schedule & Expectations (Important)

  • Full‑time, Monday–Friday 
    • Shift options: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • After‑hours calls are part of the role
  • Must be willing to use your own phone for work communication
  • Reliable attendance and clear communication are non‑negotiable

  • Able to stay calm and solution‑focused when things don’t go perfectly
  • One hire should be comfortable growing quickly into office oversight/support leadership (with training)
