Sales Representative

The Inside Sales Agent is responsible for generating sales through inbound and outbound calls, nurturing leads, and closing deals. 

Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers 

Qualify leads and identify customer needs 

Present products/services and explain features, benefits, and pricing 

Close sales and achieve or exceed monthly quotas 

Maintain and update customer information in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce CRM, HubSpot) 

Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and messages

At least High School Graduate / Senior High Graduate (College level preferred) 

Minimum 6 months – 2 years BPO sales experience (voice account preferred) 

Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets 

Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
