Your Role in our Mission
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our People Team on a 12 month fixed term contract basis to own all aspects of technical recruitment for our Innovation Hub (InnoHub). This is a high-impact role, operating as a trusted advisor to senior Product and Engineering leadership, working closely with leaders to deliver a first-class business partner service to our hiring managers, whilst providing candidates with an exceptional experience.

Your Role in our Mission

This is a high-impact role, operating as a trusted advisor to senior Product and Engineering leadership, working closely with leaders to deliver a first-class business partner service to our hiring managers, whilst providing candidates with an exceptional experience.
In this role you will:
Partner directly with hiring managers and leadership to define hiring strategies across all InnoHub positions. These include Product and Engineering roles at senior and leadership levels in Bulgaria and the UK.
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment for all Product & Engineering vacancies from early career through to Director level.
- Identify and attract top talent using various direct sourcing methods, crafting talent pipelines to support both immediate hiring needs and long-term strategic workforce plans.
- Influence hiring decisions through data, market insight and candidate expertise, with local market knowledge spanning Bulgaria as well as the UK.
- Help improve and scale our hiring processes, employer brand and candidate experience, acting as an ambassador for our InnoHub in the external talent market.
- Ensure consistent adherence to our Inclusive Recruitment Policy and applicable country employment laws in the UK and Bulgaria, demonstrating our brand values and behaviours consistently.

What You’ll be Doing:
Hiring & Sourcing
- Build exceptional stakeholder relationships within the organisation. Successfully partnering with leadership across Product and Engineering, to develop a deep understanding of business functions, role requirements and desired candidate profiles.
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle for all InnoHub roles in line with our inclusive recruitment guidelines, including hands-on management of recruitment administration in collaboration with our people operations team.
- Assist hiring managers to prepare job descriptions and person specifications, advising on selection methods, advertising, interviewing, and offer negotiations, including benchmarking compensation against local market conditions.
- Advise and support managers on hiring standards to drive inclusive recruitment strategies and empower hiring teams to make better hiring decisions, confidently challenging and coaching stakeholders where appropriate.
- Create and implement hiring plans, including direct sourcing (through a variety of methods) to build talent pipelines of skilled candidates for current and future roles across the InnoHub, with particular focus on niche and highly competitive technical skillsets.

Data, Systems & Projects
- Maintain our applicant tracking system, ensuring data is accurate and up to date, candidates are managed effectively, and feedback is tracked on time.
- Manage and track recruitment stats and data for the InnoHub, including sourcing stats, quality of hire, time-to-offer, cost savings, source of hire and scoring trends.
- Provide talent market insights and data to support hiring objectives, including insight into the technology sectors in the UK and Bulgaria.
- Ad-hoc projects to support the TA Team and wider People Team as required.
Experience and Skills You Need in this Role:
- Demonstrable experience working within a fast-paced Talent Acquisition team as an in-house recruiter with prior success in direct sourcing, ideally within SaaS, Technology or a product-led, innovation-focused organisation.
- Track record of proactively identifying, engaging and closing active and passive candidates, including senior and leadership-level talent, delivering best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experiences.
- Demonstrable experience in generating candidate pipelines utilising innovative techniques that include strategic sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter, Job Boards and other direct methods, including social media and events.
- Strong collaboration skills, including effective communication and influencing, with tracj record of building successful relationships across all levels, and the confidence to challenge senior leaders constructively.
- Proven understanding of UK Employment Law and recruitment best practices including DE&I and interviewing techniques, with working knowledge of cross-border or international hiring considered an advantage.
- Prior experience using online candidate management systems, with high attention to detail and demonstrated ability to maintain accurate data tracking and reporting.
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to work independently, as well as collaborate across the global people team, combined with proven ability to adapt to changing conditions and flex according to recruitment deadlines.
- Results driven with a desire for continuous improvement, and a finger on the pulse of external best practice, alongside outstanding customer service skills, a positive attitude, and contributes effectively within an HR team.
- Certified member of the CIPD or equivalent awarding body in HR is beneficial.
