High-Level Overview 

ATP is building a talent pool of experienced Interim and Fractional CFOs to support client engagements across financial strategy, capital structuring, financial management, and operational scaling. 

This talent pool will include senior finance leaders with experience supporting growth-stage and established organizations, who can be deployed on interim and fractional assignments across a range of sectors and geographies.

Key Deliverables: 
  • Financial Strategy & Planning
    Lead development and refinement of financial strategy, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning aligned with business objectives.
  • Cash Flow & Performance Management
    Oversee cash flow planning, working capital management, and financial performance tracking, ensuring financial stability and visibility.
  • Fundraising & Capital Structuring
    Support or lead capital raising processes, including preparation of financial materials, investor engagement, due diligence, and structuring of debt or equity financing.
  • Financial Reporting & Controls
    Establish or strengthen financial reporting frameworks, controls, and governance processes to ensure accuracy, transparency, and compliance.
  • Systems & Process Optimisation
    Design, implement, or improve financial systems, processes, and reporting tools to support scalable operations.
  • Executive & Board Advisory
    Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to CEOs, leadership teams, and boards to support decision-making.
  • Operational & Commercial Support
    Partner with business units to assess commercial performance, unit economics, and cost structures, supporting operational efficiency and growth.
  • Transaction & Strategic Support (where relevant)
    Support M&A, restructuring, or strategic transactions, including financial analysis, modelling, and stakeholder coordination.

Requirements

Experience Required: 
  • 15+ years of experience in finance, including senior leadership roles  
  • Experience as CFO or equivalent in growth-stage or complex organizations 
  • Experience supporting growth-stage, scaling, or restructuring organisations
  • Exposure to operational finance in evolving business environments
  • Experience working closely with boards, investors, or executive leadership teams
  • Experience operating across multiple markets or jurisdictions is an advantage

Technical Requirements:
  • Strong financial modelling and forecasting capability  
  • Experience with fundraising and capital structuring  
  • Knowledge of financial controls and governance 
  • Experience setting up or improving financial systems, controls, and reporting frameworks
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and financial tools

Other Skills:
  • Strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen 
  • Ability to operate as a trusted advisor to CEOs and boards
  • Strong stakeholder and investor management capability
  • Ability to operate independently in high-ambiguity environments
